Bugs…I hate Bugs

“Bugs… I hate Bugs” is a classic line that I’ve always loved from the movie The Mummy, uttered by Jonathan (John Hannah of Four Weddings and  A funeral fame.)  I was watching The Mummyon tv tonight and it got to the part where the blue beetles crawl under the guys skin like a boil and I always crawl up in a ball at that part.  Bugs just gross me out.  I don’t like horror films either, but bugs just get to me.  Then there’s the part in the Mummywhere the locusts begin to swarm.  Yuck.  I know I could turn the tv off, but I know how the movie ends (and the sequel, and the prequel too.)  So I guess it’s not so bad.  But then there’s the part of The Mummywhere the mummy and then the bugs get David Vickers from One Life to Live.  That’s always a bummer too.  Otherwise it’s a good movie with an interesting plot.
